Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from the stage following the award of her Pro card in order to finish college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals every year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred in the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She came in third at the contest. The summer of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in her Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more proud of the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel likes working out her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. The first step is warming up before going on to working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week one day being lighter weight as well as the second days heavy weight.
